Bridal Hair & Makeup package w/ Madison Dennis - $1250
- Includes: Pre-Wedding Bridal Hair & Makeup Preview appointment (in salon - MHD Beauty Parlor, Nashville, TN), Wedding Day Bridal Hair & Makeup, 3 hours of post hair & makeup touch-ups with Madison
Other Services w/ Madison:
Hair & Makeup services - $250 each
Hair only services - $150 each
Makeup only services - $150 each
Other Services w/ Team:
Hair & Makeup services - $200 each
Hair only services - $90 each
Makeup only services - $125 each

NOTES:
- Madison's minimum is $1250, which is covered by the bridal hair & makeup package
- Madison can do up to 4 additional services on the wedding day
- Team services minimum is $500 per artist
- Time requirement is 2.5 hrs for bride, 45 minutes per each additional service (hair or makeup, both is 1.5 hrs)
- Can lock in contract with bridal services only, and can add additional services later (additional 50% retainer is due on additional services added to contract)
- Travel Fee is calculated mileage round trip from 2322 Winford Ave, Nashville, TN 37211. First 40 miles (RT) is complimentary, additional mileage is 75 cents per mile, per artist
- Hotel accommodation requirement is 1 room/2 stylists for 1 night only (night before)
- Early start fee of $75 per artist if required on site before 8am local time
- Lashes are included in all makeup services. Hairstyling is from dry hair only. Airbrush included for bride; $25 additional for non-bridal makeup services and must be reserved in advance.
